Bonnie Wendorff practices with the Madison law firm of Neider & Boucher, S.C. Bonnie concentrates her practices in the areas of employment law and litigation, including employment harassment. She regularly advises client on topics such as discrimination, harassment, privacy, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act. She assists clients in the development, implementation, and evaluation of employment policies and procedures, helps formulate solutions for particular situations, and represents clients in discrimination litigation in local, state, and federal forums. Bonnie earned her B.S. degree in education summa cum laude from UW-Eau Claire. She taught English and Business Education and coached debate at Rhinelander High School prior to attending law school at UW-Madison. She earned her law degree cum laude in 1987 and was a member of the Law Review. Bonnie is a regular speaker for the State Bar of Wisconsin, has been a lecturer for the Small Business Development Center of the UW-Madison School of Business, and is active in the Greater Madison Area SHRM Chapter. She speaks frequently to private and municipal clients, trade associations, and professional organizations on a wide variety of topics.
